Julia Howe is an Associate Director at globally renowned W Management. She is the founder of W Artists, where she uses her extensive industry knowledge to scout, represent and develop visual creatives across the fashion sphere from photographers and directors, to highly sought after beauty artists.

She was previously the Senior Talent Manager at Contact Creatives where she led a team focused on scouting, casting and managing talent across various disciplines from models to social first.

She also works across casting for brands such as Frolov, Ksenia Schaider and for LFW and PFW among other projects.

Her journey into talent and agency management began with photography - she completed a BA with Honours at BTK, Berlin and an MA with Distinction from London College of Fashion. Her work has been featured by i-D, Hero, Dazed, Vogue, Institute of Contemporary Arts and many more, and she has exhibited across Europe including at The Royal Academy and TATE Modern’s Offprint Festival.

She believes artistry, photography and casting should provoke questions about how we view the world and what we want to change within it.

She is based in London.
